How Kaimanawa Honey operates
Kaimanawa Honey works some of the most remote mānuka stands on the Coromandel peninsula — sites accessible only by helicopter, where the bush is dense enough that the bees forage almost entirely on mānuka through the flowering window. Their UMF 15+ and 20+ batches are among the most consistent in the country. Outside the mānuka season they harvest a small bush-blend honey from the same stands.
