This site describes honey as a food: its floral source, origin, flavour and physical behaviour. It makes no health, wellness or therapeutic claims of any kind, and nothing here should be read as one. See our editorial policy.

Descriptions are generalisations

Single-source honey varies by site, season and producer. Colour, flavour and crystallising behaviour described here are what a variety is generally like, not a warranty about any particular jar. We give no warranty that every detail is accurate or current.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
